Return & Exchange Policy

At Royal Collection Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including situations where you do not like the scent or it does not meet your expectations.

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances within 48 hours of delivery :

  •  The item received is defective.
  •  The item arrives damaged.
  •  You receive an incorrect item.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Items that have been significantly used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Conditions for Return:

  •  Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  •  Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
  •  Used or damaged items after delivery are not eligible for return.
